At the end of the year, the return period is extended: Returns are possible until January 4, 2023 from the date of receipt of your package,
to request a return from your customer area.

Returns offered from France, Belgium and Luxembourg
Returns from France, Belgium and Luxembourg are offered and paid for by us. As soon as you receive your transport slip to stick on your package, simply send us the items you wish to return using the original packaging.
For an exchange : simply indicate when you request a return that you would like a credit to make a new purchase. You will then be reimbursed with a credit as soon as we have received your package.
For a refund : your returned items will be refunded within 10 working days from the date your package is made available to us by the carrier.
Returns from international outside France, Belgium and Luxembourg
Returns from countries other than France, Belgium and Luxembourg are your responsibility. After making your return request from your customer area, simply send us the items you wish to return using the original packaging.
