Your package shipped within 24/48 hours
On Saheline, we undertake to ship your packages within 24/48 working hours, from the validation of your order (except during the summer holidays: within 3 to 5 working days). Our Shipping department notifies you by email as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery of your package then takes place within 24/48 hours depending on the delivery method you choose. If a delay beyond our control should be possible, you will be informed and can then simply request the cancellation of your order if you wish.

On Saheline, you make your purchases with complete peace of mind! The shipping costs for the delivery of your package are set at €5, and are free at collection points from €90 of purchases (valid in Metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg). Returns are free with no minimum order.
Track your packages in real time
From the preparation of your order to its delivery, you follow in real time the routing of your package from its dispatch to its delivery to the address you have chosen. You therefore receive emails to inform you at all stages of processing your order. All this information is also available on your customer account.
